Good to know – our service for you
Treat yourself to something special in the morning: Our breakfast box brings selected delicacies directly to you. Assemble your desired box and please order it by 11 AM the day before. The next morning, everything will be prepared for a delightful start to your day.
Here are the options:

- Vegetarian or vegan breakfast box
- Gourmet Breakfast Box
For a relaxed start to your vacation, a pre-stocked refrigerator with selected regional products awaits you upon arrival, if desired.
Included are various types of cheese (approx. 100 g each), a sausage variety (approx. 100 g), hay milk alpine butter (200 g), 10 organic eggs, fresh hay milk (1 l), and natural yogurt (250 g). Complemented by bread (500 g), pasta, tomato sauce, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as coffee and tea.
Quick wipe down, make beds, vacuum, clean, and much more.
We are happy to offer you a complete intermediate cleaning with a linen package upon request.
Sometimes it's just about a little extra joy. Whether for a birthday, anniversary, or just because – feel free to let us know what you'd like to surprise someone with.
At your request, we can organize things like a homemade cake, a bottle of sparkling wine, or a bouquet of flowers.
With the e-bike, you can relax and enjoy the area around Mittenwald and the Karwendel region. Whether for shorter rides or longer tours – we'll be happy to make sure the right e-bikes are ready for you.

From the first swing to refining your technique – with a private ski instructor, you'll hit the slopes with purpose.
We're happy to take care of the organization, just let us know in advance.
Separate storage and parking facilities with ground-level access are available for bicycles, e-bikes, and ski equipment. An e-bike charging station is also provided.
E-mobility
A private parking space is available directly at the house. Additionally, there is charging facility for electric vehicles.
